Do I need to help load and unload the van?
Most drivers will help you carry items to/from the van. For very heavy furniture or lots of stairs, you better add a note when booking the order.
What happens it the driver damages something?
All deliveries are insured through the carriers. If something gets damaged, which happens extremely rarely, you file a claim through the app with photos, and it gets sorted.
Can I book a van for tomorrow or does it have to be for today?
Both! You can book a van for today or tomorrow, even for the next week or month. It’s perfectly fine to book it in advance, too.
What if my belonging won’t fit into a van?
When placing your order, the app asks you what you’re moving and based on your load description, it recommends a van or a truck.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup for free. Within last 8 hours, you pay a cancellation fee of 20% because the driver's already been committed.
Can I book transport through the app for moving houses?
Definitely. Many use the BLLOOG App for flat moves, especially studios or 1-bedroom apartments. For a bigger move, you might need two vans or a truck – the App will help you figure it out based on your described items.
